What's included in the free plan?
Unlimited properties, gross & net yield calculation, monthly cash flow analysis, multi-country tax handling, scenarios, and investment profiles. No credit card needed.
Does the monthly plan have a free trial?
No. The 14-day free trial is only available on the yearly plan. The monthly plan is billed immediately at €1.99/month.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can switch at any time from your account settings. When upgrading from monthly to yearly, you'll be credited for unused time.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep PRO access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. On iOS, you can also subscribe via Apple In-App Purchase.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
All your properties and data remain intact. You simply lose access to PRO-only views (long-term projections, sharing, etc.) until you re-subscribe.
