1. What cookies we use

Solt sets a single, strictly necessary cookie called solt_session. It keeps you signed in between visits.

Cookie details

• Name: solt_session
• Purpose:Authentication — holds an encrypted session token so you don't have to sign in on every page load.
• Duration: 7 days (refreshed each time you sign in).
• Type: httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. Not accessible to JavaScript on the page.

2. Analytics cookies (optional)

If you click "Accept all" in our cookie banner, we set Google Analytics 4 (GA4) cookies to understand how visitors use Solt. These cookies are only set after you give explicit consent.

GA4 cookie details

• Names: _ga, _ga_* (measurement ID suffix)
• Purpose: Aggregate usage analytics — page views, session duration, feature usage. No personal data is transmitted.
• Duration: Up to 2 years (standard GA4 defaults).
• Type: First-party, accessible to JavaScript.

If you click "Essential only", no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.

3. Cookies we do NOT use

Solt does not set advertising, remarketing, or social-media tracking cookies. We do not use Facebook Pixel or similar services.

4. How to control cookies

You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies for solt.homes — the consent banner will reappear on your next visit. Blocking the session cookie will prevent sign-in; blocking analytics cookies has no effect on functionality.

5. Future changes

If we introduce additional non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and request your consent before setting them.
